If you are a home inspector or a person who owns the house then you should be know what different kinds of checklist are available and how to use them
It is never a good for a home owner to use the checklist by themselves because the checklist is just a guiding thing and nothing can replace the home inspectors experience and trained eyes.
There are various formats and types of inspection checklists that are available which I will detail later but these are the condo inspection checklist, the drainage system home inspection checklist, safety systems inspection checklist as well the commercial building inspection checklist.
