For a condo inspection checklist there are various things that are checked and these are
Kitchen, dining room, living room, bedrooms, utility room, bathroom and the closets.
The main things to be checked for the condo are the plumbing, electric fittings and fixtures, the main appliances such as the refrigerator as well as the stove and the fireplace.
Then there are miscellaneous items that need to be checked which are the cupboards as well as the heating outlets, window and blinds.
The wall and the paint on it need to be checked as well as the parking along with the storage space in the home.
